Holders. Only verified buyers and brokers can hold the units; the agent can force a transfer back on a registry or court order.
Retirement. A burn on-chain triggers the cancellation at the registry the same day and produces a retirement statement that cites both.
Price. Units have no yield; the price at issue was $14.20 a tonne.
