The register is the product. Everything else is paperwork we already did.
A security has always been a document: who owns it, what they may do with it, what they are owed. We keep that document readable, and we make it enforce itself.
We write rules before we write code, and we sign both. When a transfer is refused, the reason is on the record. When the custodian and the chain disagree, we publish it the same morning.

Fourteen years as a fund lawyer in Luxembourg, the last six running a transfer agency team. Still reads every term sheet before it is signed, and asks the same question first: who is allowed to hold this, and who decides?
Élise Wagner
Chief Executive Officer
Luxembourg

Turns term sheets into compliance modules, line by line, and signs the mapping before a contract is deployed. If a clause can't be enforced by the token, he says so in writing before closing.
Rafael Monteiro
General Counsel and Head of Transfer Agency
Luxembourg

Owns the investor passport: which verifiers we accept, how long a claim lasts, what happens the day it expires. Signs every forced transfer order, and keeps the reason for every refused transfer on record.
Hannah Okafor
Chief Compliance Officer and MLRO
London

Keeps the contracts small and the deploys boring: two external audits and a four-person sign-off before every release. Knows the cost of a payment run on each of our six networks by heart.
Daniel Lindgren
Chief Technology Officer
London

Nine years structuring funds for family offices in Singapore before opening our office there. Reads the morning reconciliation from Singapore before Luxembourg is awake, so a difference is found eight hours earlier.
Mei Ling Tan
Head of Asia
Singapore

Twelve years on fixed income settlement desks before running Mintage Markets. Measures his week by the failed settlements he didn't have to chase; the count has been zero since launch.
Oliver Haines
Head of Markets
London

Runs the 09:00 CET reconciliation: custodian statement against token supply, for every issue, every morning. Publishes the result whether or not it's the one we want, and writes the note when it isn't.
Sofia Brandt
Head of Custody Operations
Luxembourg

Owns key management, the recovery procedure and the audit calendar. Rehearses a lost-key recovery with a test issuer every quarter, timed, and keeps the times on file.
